At Nora & Ivy Boutique, we strive to keep our customers fully satisfied. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted, but wearing it is not.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return by emailing info@noraivyboutique.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

For refunds and returns, we handle requests based on the following conditions:
* Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
If items arrive damaged, incorrect, or are lost, we can issue a refund or replacement with photo or video proof. Customers do not need to return the item.
* Change of Mind:
If the item is intact but unwanted, we don’t offer FULL REFUNDS due to high shipping costs that have been incurred. However, you can always let customers return it to your own address for possible resale.
RETURNING IS POSSIBLE
Return rules: The customer can return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods, after more than 14 days this is not possible sadly.
The choice of delivery logistics requires the buyer to be responsible for the logistics method including customs clearance. The logistics method of the recipient's customs clearance cannot be used, otherwise the warehouse will not be able to receive the goods. -

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved at the return address, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
